Return of products
Please note that all products purchased online can be returned within 20 calendar days since receipt of products.
The product or products purchased will not have signs of being worn and/ore use (example but not limited to: perfume, mascara, concealer, any cosmetic products, deodorant, sweat etc), will have all tags complete and in good order attached to the product as per manufacturer procedure.
HarunMazlam.com will verify the product or products within 48 hours since arrival in our office (excepting holidays as per country’s legislation). If all good after checking is complete, then you will receive back the amount paid for the products and shipping costs, if there are any, within 15 calendar days.
The return payment will be done in a bank account specified by you. HarunMazlam.com does not make payments in cash.
